Kiddie Spa Parties for Girls
She, Me, Her Kiddie Spa Parties for Girls is an on-the-go spa service catering to girl ages 2.5- 16 years old, providing them with but not limited to Manicures/Pedicures, Facials. Within our Glamour parties they will learn girl empowerment and self confidence by transforming your daughter’s special moment into a experience they are sure to never forget.
Are the parties strictly for girls?
Yes, our parties are intended to be “a celebration of all things girlie” ~ dresses, jewelry, make-up, nails, and crafts.
What is the duration of the party?
Most themes parties are 4 – 6 hours in length, including time for cake and gift opening. Some parties are longer due to participation and length of activity. If you are asking for extended time for your party than allotted there will be an additional $15 per hr added to your party.
What is the minimum and maximum number of children permitted at a party?
Parties may be scheduled for up to five(5) or more children. If less than five (5) attend your party, you will still be charged for five (5) children. Parties with over 12 children require a second hostess and you will be charged $100 additional. The Birthday Girl is included in the final count.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
She, Me, Her Kiddie Spa will do its best to uphold any party commitment it has made; however, we do value the health and wellbeing of our hostesses as well as your family and friends. In the case of severe weather, She, Me, Her Kiddie Spa will contact you to discuss the situation. We reserve the right to reschedule your party, and will proactively work with you to identify a suitable new date, based on mutual availability. If you choose to cancel your party without the consent of She, Me, Her Kiddie, please remember, your deposit is non-refundable.
If the weather is nice, can I choose to have a party outdoors?
Weather permitting; a party may be held outdoors. Some great places to have an outdoor party include a decorated garage, patio or deck. She, Me, Her Kiddie Spa will not be responsible for providing or applying sunscreen or bug spray. Please keep in mind if you choose to have your party outdoors, and should the weather turn undesirable, please have backup.
What happens if your daughter becomes ill prior to or on the day of the party?
We will gladly work with you to choose an alternate date for your party, based on mutual availability. You will be responsible for notifying the party guests.
What happens if a guest arrives late?
Because our parties are based on a pre-determined schedule, all guests should arrive on time (the time stated on the invitation). If a guest should arrive late, she may join the party already in progress.
May Parents and/or Siblings of Guests stay for the party?
Parents are welcome, Unexpected guests siblings and/or siblings of guests (who were not included in the final RSVP headcount) may stay as long as they are supervised by you or another parent, and do not prove to be a disruption to the group as a whole. If they choose to participate in the activities there will a partial fee added. Please remember, some of our accessories and craft items contain small parts that may not be appropriate for very small children. Children not included in the final headcount will not be permitted to use any items brought by She, Me, Her Kiddie Spa
